Public Commitment on Implementation of Changes to Title IV, HEA Programs under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) via Negotiated Rulemaking [Docket ID: ED-2025-OPE-0151-0001] 

On behalf of the New York State Association of County Health Officials (NYSACHO), we respectfully submit comments in response to the U.S. Department of Education’s proposed rulemaking regarding the implementation of changes to Title IV, HEA programs under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA).
