The 2026 Statewide Harm Reduction Symposium will be held on November 17-18, 2026 in Troy, NY. We are seeking 40-minute presentation proposals from local health departments and community partners that showcase innovative overdose prevention and harm reduction strategies and interventions. The theme for this year’s symposium is “Meeting the Moment: Building Stronger Community-Based Systems.”
