NYSACHO is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive managed IT and cybersecurity services beginning January 1, 2027. This opportunity includes help desk support, Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity protection and training, strategic IT planning, and technology lifecycle management for a hybrid nonprofit workforce serving local health departments across New York State. Vendors with experience supporting nonprofit, public health, or small hybrid organizations are encouraged to apply.
