Learning Outcome: As a result of participation in this activity, the learners will increase and enhance knowledge and competence on adult immunization recommendations and strategies to increase immunization rates.

- Discuss adult immunization coverage rates for NYS.
- Describe emerging immunization issue.
- Explore opportunities for improving maternal immunization rates.
- Describe the emotional and public health impact of vaccine-preventable diseases using personal narratives as powerful tools to advocate for increased adult immunization rates.
