Join us on November 30th for Lunch, Learn, Immunize Virtual Series with a practical discussion on evidence-based strategies that healthcare organizations can implement to improve adult vaccination rates. This webinar is open to all adult immunization providers in New York State, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, public health professionals, local health departments, health systems, federally qualified health centers, and other immunization partners.
Despite the availability of safe and effective vaccines, many adult vaccination rates remain below national goals. This session will highlight proven approaches that healthcare organizations can use to increase vaccine uptake, reduce missed opportunities, strengthen provider recommendations, and integrate immunization best practices into routine clinical workflows.
The webinar will feature Erica Hennes of Rise to Immunize, a national initiative led by the American Medical Group Association (AMGA) that works with healthcare organizations across the country to improve adult immunization rates through quality improvement, provider engagement, and evidence-based practice transformation.
