DESCRIPTION:This is a joint webinar by the NYS Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA)\, NYSACHO and the NYS DOH.  During the webinar\, OTDA staff will describe the HEAP Cooling Assistance program and updates for summer 2022.
